Another quintessential Nashville moment, hanging with Casey Driessen at one of his (more or less annual) Red Shoe Jams! Casey is a one-of-kind musician--known as one of the great fiddlers and chopmasters of all time--and is an incredibly well-traveled, wide-ranging, deep and deeply rhythmic musician. And, impossible as it may be, as wonderful a human being as he is a musician.

My friend Raffaele Ponti, conductor of the Paducah Symphony Orchestra, was in town to conduct a live concert/recording session with Steven Curtis Chapman and we had a chance to get together and discuss plans for an upcoming concert with Paducah next season.
