Hey friends!

I stopped by Rudy's Jazz Room in Nashville the other night to catch Regi Wooten and Friends, and one of the friends playing bass was my old Eclectica  bandmate "Pound for Pound", aka  Steve Forrest . And who should stop by as well but the other 3rd of the trio, Roy "Futureman" Wooten . Been 7 years or so since the last   Eclectica show ! Good to get the band back together, even if it was just for a hug.

It was so wonderful to have this in-depth conversation with violinist Leah Roseman for her exceptional podcast . Her insightful questions and thorough research led to lots of demonstrations and specifics about how and why I do stuff. And her guests on other episodes are fascinating and worth checking out.

Just got my 2nd patent (Woohooo!) on the acoustic violin neck-strap design I've been promising folks I'd put on the market...one day. Still working on it. I improved it so much from my first design that I needed a 2nd patent. Trying to get it right. Prototypes in the works. One day...soon I hope!
